How to get help

We believe that the people best placed to assess the needs of our potential customers are those with whom the mother has most contact throughout her pregnancy and immediately following the birth of her baby, namely, her midwife or health visitor.

If you’re struggling and need some help from us tell your midwife or health visitor and they will be able to contact us on your behalf.

Are you a Healthcare Professional?

We work in partnership with you:  If you are a Professional Healthcare Worker working directly with families with newborn babies and small children and have identified a need, please use the contact form to register with us so that you can have access to our Professionals referral area. You will need to include your place of work and a contact number so that we can get in touch with you should we need to do so.

Once you have received your password you can use it for any future referrals you may wish to make.

We do not ask for any identifying personal information about your clients, neither do we have direct contact with them.

We will contact you as soon as we receive a request for support and arrange for you to collect the bundles containing the items needed. Each bundle is made up according to specific requirements and where our stocks allow.

Our aim is to provide great quality items; your clients are the families we support and it is important to us that they feel valued and respected.

All pre-loved clothing items have been washed and ironed, and all items of equipment have been cleaned and safety checked.
